- if you like jbl you will like this both the same just different brand and half the price. Battery last long and the bass is good for the size sometimes I use this more then my boss or jbl speakers just for the fact that I don\'t have to worry about jamming it out to hard and regret buying a new one. Don\'t be cheap but don\'t be stupid bump it until the next door screams then just throw the speaker into their window and change the song because at the end of the day it\'s cheap enough to be that good and worth every penny I can\'t break this thing even if I tryed. BUT JBL just has that respect factory where it just becomes the life party just because of brand. Just saying
- Loud and good quality with bass for a good price. I bought my for like 230$ bucks and nowadays it’s sold for less. JBL speakers cost way more and perform the same or less. Easy win. Didn’t even know it was made in china. Oh well. I’m a real buyer and this is the comment you’re looking for.
- This speaker generates emense sound. The internal mode creates quality sound to enjoy your favorite music. The outside mode creates increased sound volume, the quality starts to fall as the sound increases. The distortion becomes increasingly evident.
- I bought one just to play background music on my porch whilst I\'m enjoying a pleasant afternoon or evening outdoors. But liked it so much I bought another so I\'d have full stereo! They are loud enough that at higher volume my neighbours can all enjoy my music with me, and the sound quality is much better than I expected for speakers of this size and price (in my home theatre I have 7.2 surround with two 12-inch subs and Cerwin-Vega VS-12s, so I\'m used to top quality sound). They have decent highs and midrange, plus plenty of bass for R&B, Ole Skool, Jazz, and Hip-Hop.They\'re even good enough that when the DJ didn\'t show up for a store grand opening last weekend, I ran my favourite \'90s and \'00s playlist through these speakers for four straight hours and the crowd started calling me DJ Busta Hip \'cause I\'m a G (geezer; not gangsta)!
- Mine might be defective.I looked through many reviews to see if anyone had similar issues and they didn\'t so i\'ll share. From day 1 with my unit and the sound has a lot of digital sounding distortions and there\'s a buzz that seems to come from the left tweeter i assume.There\'s also a volume ducking effect for certain songs with quieter mixing. Kind of like, if the audio isn\'t loud enough, it holds back. Then during louder parts in the song the volume comes back to normal. Hard to explain. The weird part is, none of those issues seem to be present above 50-60% volume and the speaker sounds just as good as i hoped it would at higher volumes. The problem is i usually listen to music at fairly low volumes and i wanted this speaker to be able to at least not sound broken when i do listen at lower volumes.I suspect my unit is defective. I\'m not going to exchange it for another i\'m going to return this and go with a refurbished jbl xtreme for about $70 more.I suppose it wasn\'t a very good first impression of treblab for me but i\'ll give it a 4/5 for sound quality because at those higher volumes i was quite happy with the sound. the 3/5 overall rating should be self explanatory.
- Great sound deep base. I can\'t wait to buy another one to pair them together. They are bigger and heavier than I thought, but I love them
- the speaker takes to long to charge..
