- Best earbuds I have but expensive and eccentric. Had to call customer support several times. Customer support is good at Sony.
- The sound is clear and balanced . You can hear each instrument individually. However, I would’ve wanted a little bit more bass so that I would have the option of tweaking it up a notch for when I really want to feel the bass. I also wished the volume was a bit louder. 😞

- I’ve been looking for an alternative to my AirPod Pros because despite having replaced the tips with many different kinds, they irritate my ears! Grr. I like those very much because of the full spectrum sound and especially the fact that it’s easy to forget they’re there!!Not so with these. These have a more present low end but I don’t want too much that close to my eardrums. I don’t want boomy which is what you tend to get with ‘bass enhanced’ buds. These are not that but they do have more bass presence than the Apple ones. I would hope so just given the comparative size. And that’s my issue with them.I am fully aware of these being in my ear the whole time! They kind of weigh a lot. They are just very present and I want them to disappear like the Apple ones.I also have a pair of Helm True Wireless which are comparable in size and they aren’t this ‘present’ either.I bought these because a friend swears by his. He may just wind up with these too. I will try them a few more times to see if I can get satisfaction. We’ll see.
- So I dig the ability to toggle the sound settings, easy start stop, ANC, Bluetooth connecting to new devices is super simple.What I don\'t like is the tips.They\'re not great to use in cooler Temps as the tips are memory foam. The foam doesn\'t stay warm which means they slide in your ears a d lose position requiring constant adjustment. Noise canceling isn\'t the same when you\'re on a call as when listening to music. People on the other end of calls frequeny say it sounds like you\'re talking into a tin can. Battery life Iife isn\'t that awesome, I sometimes have to charge to make it through the workday compare to airport pro that got me through a start to finish weekend day.Would say I paid a little too much.
- **note I\'m writing this review the same day i received the package, so don\'t take this review as something that was was thought of over time**At the time of purchase the earbuds were bundled with a wireless power bank, and i will be reviewing both.Earbuds: I\'ve heard sounds I\'ve never heard before on songs that I\'ve listened to for years already. I\'ve never owned any earbuds anywhere this expensive. The most I\'ve spent before was probably around the $80 range. I knew they would be high quality but i never thought there would be sounds in songs that i missed. It really changes the experience of music. I haven\'t decided on what size bud tips i prefer yet, but both small and medium feel fine in my ears. I\'m indifferent with the memory foam style tips. I\'ve read that they are better at noise canceling but i don\'t know if i love the way they feel yet, it could take some getting used to. I do like that the charging case is also capable of wireless charging. My only gripe with these is that they\'re kind of weak on the bass in my opinion.Wireless power bank: I really like that the power bank is capable of both wired and wireless charging. It\'s a nice size and holds a good charge. I\'d say the best part is that it is capable of fast charging wirelessly.***If my opinion of the buds or power bank change over time i will update my review accordingly.***
