- Initially I purchased a headset from another manufacture which only supported a desk phone. Buy my employer finally moved everyone over to teams and working with a wired headset was too burdensome.Thus I purchased this headset to add the capability of working with the Microsoft Teams app. In fact it does that function very well, but I also found that the desk phone connection is also has far less noise compared to my former headset.Point in fact if the Engage 75 wasn\'t so much more expensive I would have purchased that unit to pickup Bluetooth to my cellphone.All that said the 65 is comfortable to wear, easy to dock for charging and has limited but useful configuration options.
- Love the headset. Had it for a few months and it works perfectly. Quality and control are excellent. Battery life is great. Indicators are great as well
- ***Compatible with: Cisco Jabber, Teams, Zoom***I\'m sure it\'s compatible with other softphones and software apps (and can be used with many desk phones too), but those are the 3 I use daily at work. I wanted a high quality comfortable wireless headset, since I\'m wearing it around 45 hours a week, and that is what I got.1. It is \"plug and play\" with the above, I didn\'t have to go in and manually change my microphone or speaker settings at all, or download anything to make it work properly.2. The level of in-ear volume, when tested, got up to \"ear splitting\", lol.3. Passive noise cancellation in the earpieces means I can still hear what\'s going on around me with my coworkers, which is important at my job.4. The noise cancellation in the mic is acceptable but not the BEST. Some background nose is still audible to my clients. I understand that this is adjustable according to the user manual, but I haven\'t gotten around to testing it yet.5. The mute button on the mic and being able to tap my earpiece to answer or end a call is very handy.6. I have my headset on all day (around 9 hours) and I did test to see - the battery lasts the whole day without having to dock and charge, although it will fast-charge quite a bit if I put it on the dock during my lunch hour.7. No ear or head fatigue even after wearing all day, super comfortable and light.8. I am now free to move around the office and am no longer chained to my desk. I tested the connection and it held all the way to the break room to refill my coffee.*This headset is EXPENSIVE.* I\'m not shy about investing in quality when it is necessary though. My last headset was much less costly but died after 6 months, was wired so I couldn\'t move around much, and wasn\'t nearly as comfortable as this one - with lots less features as well. So far I am very happy with my purchase. I\'ll update as necessary if anything changes. I did buy the offered warranty with 3 years of coverage for around $35 as well.
- I work from home and needed a wireless headphones with ANC and the Jabra Engage 65 really made a difference in the call experience! My voice sounded clear and crisp and the ANC really works great! At first I was worried if the connection will remain stable using a wireless unit but I\'m glad that there isn\'t any issues after 2 weeks use.
- Love this headset, finally I have the freedom from my desk that I needed so much. This headset reaches all over my house and has a pretty good noise cancellation for when you are on a meeting. Not so great for switching around platforms as you loose audio and have to be pressing around to get onto the right setting for teams or google meet but it works wonders for zoom. It even lets you mute right from the headset and even has a voice notification when mute is activated or deactivated. Since it sits on the charger I never had issues with battery running out. Only other detail is that sometimes when you join a meeting it sounds robotic but you just reset it and it works fine afterwards. Overall 9/10 if you want your freedom you need to get it

- After 3 months of use so far, though the Jabra Engage 65 is on the expensive side, sometimes you get what you pay for. The battery life lasts me ALL DAY with continuous non stop use. I can walk anywhere in the office and home without interference or interruption. The comfort resting on the ears was very important to me and I can wear the headset all day without any irritation of wearing fatigue to my ears. They are just that comfortable. The Jabra wired version was outstanding and I had hoped to get the same level of quality and performance and I am pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied and happy with the purchase. I normally do not leave feedback or reviews unless I feel strongly about the merchandise or product...and with this purchase of Jabra Engage 65, the satisfaction level is off the charts !! Way to go Jabra in making THE BEST headsets !! Get the stereo or dual headset, you won\'t be disappointed !!
- We have been replacing our Sennheiser Headsets with the Jabra Engage 65. Each replacement has been over half the price, and the overall sound quality has been drastically better for conversation and recording or streaming.
