- I bought these 6 months ago. I only used these for work. I spent a lot more money than I usually do, because I knew I\'d use them a lot while working and taking video calls. I also only used them while working on my work machine. Never connected them to any other devices.WHEN IT WORKS, the experience is great. Comfort great! I liked the noise cancelation and awareness mode settings. I\'m not an audiophile, but I thought it sounded good.BUT it would frequently disconnect when exclusively when I was on Zoom calls, often making me feel flustered and embarrassed. The disconnections also weren\'t related to battery life or other devices tying to switch connection (I only connected them to my work machine). This is unacceptable for higher end head phones. The nail in the coffin for me though was 4 days ago, I was logging on to get some work done, I unplugged my headphones from their charger and turned them on to connect to my MacBook. I put them on my ears to catch the tail end of the \"Rayconnnn\" stinger followed by \"Power On.\" My headphones then started to say \"Connected,\" but got caught on the \"ct\" and just continued to repeat \"ctctctctctctctctctctctct\" ad infinitum.I tried holding the power button for 30 seconds to reset them like the troubleshooting guide on their website suggested, but it wasn\'t successful. I have been waiting for the last 96 hours for this battery to die, but I\'m convinced at this point that it\'s either possessed or lasting 3X its normal battery length out of spite.
- Use them to help me sleep & listen to music.
- Sound is average. Lots of folks say that they can\'t hear me clearly. Not super comfortable. They do work ok though
- These headphones are fantastic. The noise canceling keeps the sounds of the office out. The sound is high quality.
- These headphones are kind of a pain. When charging it decides to boot up and connect to your devices, shutting it off doesn\'t mean it will stay off. They will stay off for a minute then boot up again. Somewhat frustrating if you are trying to play music through another device. I have to unpair them from my phone/computer when charging. The dual bluetooth device connectivity works ok. But sometimes one source will over power another and it stops switching between the different sources, requiring you to disconnect from the headphone then reconnect. Sound quality. Meh. Noise canceling is ok. The people I call say the mic works.
- Sometimes decides it going to power off or disconnect for a couple minutes and then it will come back. The noise cancellation also turns off during a call which is weird
- The headphones worked well, average in comparison to my QC35s but that’s to be expected from a pair of gaming headphones. The noise canceling and sound quality were decent. No complaints from friends on the mic quality but I didn’t use them much before running into issues. I like that it has surround sound for gaming although I don’t know if I got them working problems before they failed. I also like that I can connect to my PC and phone to easily go between the two.Issues: After a few days they stopped connecting to my devices and would not power off. I tried everything to turn them off or reset them without any luck. The battery life is really long when not in use so I wasn’t able to wait it out until they ran out of battery. Decided to return them and get the Corsair Virtuoso. Amazon provided an easy return as usual.May have got unlucky with the pair I received but be mindful that it could happen. Lots of good reviews so maybe I’m in the minority.
