  • These headphones are great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Really, they’d be good for anything on top of the water. They worked while surfing until I was under water. Obviously the Bluetooth connection doesn’t work underwater. So I tucked my phone in the top of my swimsuit and tied it off to the strap of my suit with a lanyard. That way the Bluetooth stayed connected, but one or both of the earpieces went out when wet. Not sure if the earpieces should be waterproof but mine aren’t.I can’t recommend these for swimming. I tucked my iPhone in the top of my swimsuit and was able to keep the Bluetooth connection while swimming laps. However, I couldn’t keep a watertight seal between the earpiece and my ear. That caused the earpiece to continuously fall out while swimming freestyle. Worked pretty good for breast stroke until water gets in the earpiece. I tried each earpiece size that came with the headphones. If water gets between the earpieces and my ear, they just don’t stay in my ear and/or they go out. Once the earpieces dried they worked fine again.If you use these headphones for activities on top of water, they’re great. I couldn’t find a way to make them work for swimming.
  • First of all the product shipped so fast, when it got to my house I was surprised it was able to get there only within a few days! It arrived as described and intact, no broken pieces and had everything I needed to start using it right out of the box. The sound quality is great and is truly waterproof! The only thing I was nervous about was how secure it would be on my neck and how my apple watch would stay in place, but after using it a few times and swimming in the ocean with it I can definitely say that the set up is secure around my neck and also around the apple watch. Overall, this product is amazing! I can’t believe this wasn’t already a thing, and swimming/surfing will never be the same. A total game changer.
  • These headphones are a must have product! I always enjoy listening to music while I skate and snowboard, so naturally I was curious when I stumbled onto this product. I was skeptical at first because electronics and water never mix well. However, these headphones BLEW MY MIND. I\'ve taken them out four times so far and the attention to detail and user experience is insane!! They feel extremely secure when I wear them and at no point was I worried about losing them. They are my new go to piece of surfing equipment, hell I would rather forget my wetsuit than these awesome headphones. If you are on the fence (like I was at first), just send it and buy them. They will make your surfing magnitudes more enjoyable and fun.
  • These buds really do it for me. In all my land workouts I always have my AirPods in, I feel like music can be really motivating and help you push your limits.That being said, I’ve always dreamed of being able to listen to music while on my long distance paddles. They are super easy to figure out and they stay in my ears no problem. I was impressed at how good they sounded too, I thought the sound quality would suffer because they are waterproof but I was wrong. They sound just as good as my AirPods if not better!
  • I\'ve always wanted to surf and listen to music but never found headphones that I could safely take out into the ocean. The Soundswell design feels secure when I\'m in the ocean and the build quality is great! I\'ve always loved listening to music while skating and snowboarding but now I finally can listen to music while surfing! Music really enhances the experience! 100% recommend it
  • I’ve been checking out the Sound Swell for a while and so glad I finally made the purchase. Took it out surfing and I’m already hooked. Being able to listen to music in the water is incredible. Sound quality is top notch and they stay in your ears even when duck diving or getting tossed around. All around great product and would highly recommend!
  • This thing is sick. Set up is simple, and the sound quality is perfect. Makes surfing by yourself way more fun. I always listen to music when I skate and didn\'t realize how much I missed music when I surfed. And they have a great fit too, they haven\'t fallen out yet
