- I took my cracked screen off, which was working, and followed online videos and instructions to properly attach the new screen carefully. Once the new screen was attacked the phone would not boot up at all. I had to put the old cracked screen back on so I could use my phone. Even though I did not get a chance to test this until after my return deadline, I believe the seller gave me a partial credit. I would have rather swapped it out hoping to get a working one.......
