- Great speaker for parties. It gets very loud and the sound quality is good. The lights synch to the music (to an extent) adding a neat visual aspect. The mic connects seamlessly and is good for karaoke or games with a large group. Mic can be used with or without music. Battery is meh; definitely get it to a full charge before taking it out. If using for an extended period at full volume (e.g. at a party) I recommend you just leave it plugged in. The speaker is very large which means it probably won’t fit in your backpack if you’re carrying literally anything else, but it features two large and sturdy handles on the top and comes with a shoulder strap. The backside of the speaker is also padded so you’re not bruising your hip while carrying with the strap.
