- So far this booster is doing pretty good but it has some drawbacks. It uses an omni directional antenna and unfortunately for me, my phone is now often connecting now to the much slower band 12 in my area where as it used to only do 5 which is LTE. So its doing its job, but unfortunately connecting stronger to a slower band off of a different tower. The other big drawback is that it uses rather large connectors on both sides of the cabling. This requires you to drill a 1 inch hole in your house for the fitting to pass through, after which you only have a 1/4 cable in the hole. I have recently tried a different booster and while this one performs better, the other one had a much smaller fitting on the internal connection side. I will be trying a different kit with a directional antenna to see if I can force connection only to LTE band 5.
- I installed this system, had a problem, read the book of directions, contacted the seller who helped me solve the problem. I now have 3 bars!! in my house, when I had no service before. I live in a rural area where it is very difficult to get signal. This actually works.

- I used it for Verizon network. Recently I was only getting one or two lines on my antenna on my brand new Galaxy Note 20 ultra cell phone which was weird. I checked Nextdoor and I noticed many neighbors have the same issue with Verizon around me so decided to give this booster a try.My first experience with cell phone signal boosters and it was indeed a successful experience. Not the easiest installation and setup but me and my husband are both engineers (I\'m a software engineer and he is a civil engineer, so we did figure it out).THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW IS THIS IS A BOOSTER ONLY! SO IF YOU DON\'T HAVE A GOOD RECEPTION IN YOUR AREA OR ARE NOT GETTING ANY, DON\'T BOTHER!You have to get a reasonable signal on your roof top or around your house for this to do the boost, if you don\'t have anything or it\'s very poor, this won\'t really help you.As advertised, it did work with the Verizon CDMA network. Can\'t confirm the other carriers honestly.It also does support the HD voice from Verizon option that allows you cleared sound by using the LTE network and I\'ve tested it by turning on and off my HD voice and the booster and did notice the sound quality is different. It indeed works.The design is sleek and low profile, just remember you do have to find a good place to install it in the house, can\'t really hide it that well. Also remember that you might have to go to a specific side of the roof to install the roof receiver and it\'s not like you can install it wherever you choose, you actually have to check different corners to fund out which side gets a better reception.Overall, a good functioning booster if you have access to your roof and if you get good reception on the roof but not in the house.
- We live in a brick house in an area that is lower than the surrounding areas so our cell phone signal gets lost very easily around the neighborhood and definitely inside the house. I installed the outdoor antenna at the highest point of my roof and angled it towards the best signal (3-4 bars). I then ran the coax cable down into the ceiling and placed the indoor antenna. All of this took me about 30 minutes so it wasn’t too bad at all. Now I get 2-3 bars inside which is a huge upgrade from the 0 bars I got before the install. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it only if you are able to obtain signal from some point outside the house. If there is no original signal reception, this device will not automatically generate new signal. It is solely meant to boost from the outside to inside.
- As we travel in our recreation vehicle throughout the United States, we feel this cell phone signal booster is doing a great job of amplifying signal so that our AT&T is more available wherever we go. It is easy to install. It arrives packaged well to make it fine in transit without damage.
