- This headset did a good job of setting up. The app works now without much fuss. I feel like the sound was good but my voice sounded very tinny. I\'m not sure if people I called noticed or if it was just the feedback in the headsets noise cancelling circuits. I turned down the volume of the mic input back into the headset and that either fixed it or made it less noticeable. It\'s a good set up when you can adjust things like that. Overall I was pretty pleased with the headset. I returned it because the mute function would toggle uncontrollably sometimes, which seems like a wiring/button issue. It made the headset unusable. I might get another one but I\'m not sure.The HP/Plantronics/Poly website combination is a hot mess. Getting anything done there is frustrating. You\'ll get sent back and forth in an endless loop just trying to register something.
- I used the original Voyager Focus for many years; 2 different sets. When the second one died after 2 years, I decided to give the Voyager Focus 2 a try, despite many of the reviews saying the 1 is better. I think the sound quality is the same; the mute button is in the same place on the microphone arm, which I like. Sometimes the mute gets out of sync with my Zoom meetings; restarting my computer fixes that. What\'s annoying me most is how BIG it is. I consider my head to be fairly large, in comparison to most women\'s hats; I can\'t tighten up this headset so that it doesn\'t slide forward when my head is anything but upright. One of the perks of a Bluetooth headset is that I can wear it around the house while on meetings; when doing dishes, it slides off my ears and annoys me. So I\'m trying to figure out someway to make it tighter.
- Finally, a wireless headphone that maintains its connectivity and works as advertised! I can easily walk about the house without losing sound quality or connectivity. The fit is snug but not tight and can be worn comfortably all day. The audible voice alerts when mute is on or off and can be controlled by adjusting the microphone arm up or down. The headset can be worn with the microphone in left or right side and the battery keeps its charge all day. It costs a little more than other brands, but this is truly a quality product that has not let me down like other brands have done.
- I was/am utterly shocked at the sound quality of these office headphones. They rival the range that I\'m getting out of my Sony WH-1000XM2\'s. Love the dual connectivity with my pc and iphone. Range is fantastic, mic is crystal clear. Unfortunately they just slide a lot and really stick out in a dorky way when wearing them. I could bend down / lean over with the original voyager focus UC model but if I try to do the same motion with these i have to reposition them after sliding.
- Sound quality is great. The mic works really well too. The only thing that frustrated me is that I own the Voyager Focus 1 and the charging stand is not compatible with this. When my older headset began to die, I was hoping to still use the charging stand so that I could have one at the real office and another at the home office. No big deal though. Just disappointing. They do provide you with a charging cable that can be kept at a separate location, so it\'s not a terribly inconvenience not being able to use the old stand
- I used to get headaches with noise cancellation turned on and talking at the same time. The noise cancellation is strong enough but i can still hear my self talk (which my voice doesnt sound like im mumbling due to the noise cancellation) this helped lessen the headache with noise cancellation. . High quality material, sound is high quality. I’d say worth the price. Also, my wife goes in her treadmill in the morning which is in the same room as me. Barely hear her. I can work peacefully now.
- I really liked these headphones after having tried 3 different brands. This was one of the most comfortable fitting ones (especially for larger sized heads) with great noise cancellation and battery life. The rechargeable stand was also convenient. Set up to the computer was easy.I was disappointed it stopped working so well after about 2 months of daily use during weekdays (8hr days). People started saying I sounded far away and it was not ideal for work. I finally had to return it and got the Shokz UC open comm. Turns out other people switched over after similar complaints of continued usage.
- Finally!!!!! I\'ve bought several headsets for work from home and trying them out, most of them were uncomfortable and I returned them.This one is it!!!! It\'s so comfy. It\'s light and the sound is great.The standing charging dock is pretty sweet as well.
