Poly - Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset + Charge Stand (Plantronics) - Headphones with Boom Mic - Connect to PC/Mac via USB-A Bluetooth Adapter, Cell Phone via Bluetooth - Works with Teams, Zoom &More
- I bought the Voyager 4320 UC with charge stand as a WFH accessory. I have a Focus 2 headset w/ the phone base at my office, and wanted a headset for my home office without the desk phone provision. The Focus 2 is more expensive, and I didn\'t feel that I needed the noise cancelling earphone feature for working from home. The charge dock is great, and works with the 4320, and the Focus 2. I love that the 4320 has USB-C, as it\'s easy to plug in and charge. The microphone boom is flexible, but holds its form. Battery life is awesome, and I use it to talk on my cell phone all the time.I wish that the mute button would activate the mute function in Zoom or Teams without using the BT700 bluetooth adapter, but it\'s a nice receiver.
- I can only review the headset as I did not recieve the base station from Amazon owned & operated seller Woot.95% of the time it works great but there\'s still that 5% of Bluetooth frustration. So little that I wouldn\'t have even blamed the headset if it hadn\'t been for that time it wouldn\'t power off and Poly support just told me to run the battery dead. That only happened once but it was a little weird there was no other way to turn it off.I wish there was a way to set the priority of devices, sometimes I like to listen to music at work and I have to mute my computer or chat notifications constantly cause a pause while it switches back and forth between devices. It also hurts my ears after awhile a little more than my old EncorePro although that one did have many more hours of use behind it to stretch it out. But I didn\'t want an over the ear model cause I was constantly sweating in my last one and the aforementioned work-issued one hurt after awhile too. Your ears can only take so much flattening lol.
- I bought this product for a co-worker; she uses it through MS Teams calls. She told me the headset is comfortable, light-weight, and holds the charge all day. So basically, it was the right decision.
- I\'m a fan of Plantronics products and have used their headsets and I can say that this is the worse one, horrible echo with every call caused me a headache when I use it, heavy and puts a lot of pressure on the ears also it\'s showed only 15 hours at full charge while it should be 24 as it showing in the item description however the range is good and also the mic but I had to return it and switch back to my other Plantronics headset which is lighter and more comfortable with great sound quality. Not recommended for working from home.
- This headset was great right up until the time it stopped working while I was on a call. Seems to be a problem with the USB connector and nothing I\'ve tried works. Based on the brand I expected this headset would last AT LEAST a year. So, overall, when it worked it was great. But it didn\'t last very long. :-(
- I use this for collaborating with work colleagues through MS Teams calls. I\'m on calls 9 - 11 hours a day and this headset is comfortable, light-weight, and holds the charge all day.Headset switches seamlessly between my laptop and my phone, and I\'ve even been able to transfer a MS Teams call from my laptop to my phone without any issues.Range is really good, I can wander all over my house (up and down stairs, into the basement and the garage) without any issues. My observed range is about 75 feet over Bluetooth before audio starts to cut out; the range with the supplied receiver is closer to 90 feet.Would be nice if I could connect and disconnect from MS Teams calls, but I have been unable to make that feature work. Documentation says that feature is available, and there is a button on the headset, but it just doesn\'t work for me. Not a big deal and I\'m sure I\'ll figure out how to make that work some day.Overall a great headset and, for this reviewer, money well spent.
- When I ordered these I had some high hopes for both sound quality and comfort. It misses in the comfort area. They put considerable pressure on your ears as they are ON the ear not AROUND the ear as I preferred. The sound quality is exceptional. Unless however you are using the likes of a RingCentral type program to communicate, you will NOT hear your voice in the microphone which I found exceedingly annoying. They don\'t have that feature on nearly all programs (Like my preferred google Voice). The battery life is superb. Build quality is also very good. But comfort causes me to keep them in the closet.
- Clients tell me it’s hard to hear me, sometimes there is static like there’s loose wiring or something. Only had this 6 weeks or so. Disappointed especially for the money I spent, $180
