  • Wonderful product:SanDisk 1TB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card with SD Adapter, 170MB/s Read, 90MB/s WriteHowever, as you can see, they advertised the SanDisk part that has 170MB/s read, but only sent a 160MB/s part, as labeled on the package! So, unfortunately, we have to take off something like half a star. We\'ll update this, if the situation changes.Meanwhile, we got the part and immediately started the H2testw verification. Brand new Hewlett-Packard laptop. The card reader would only get to about 75MB/s read & 80MB/s write. This already makes this the fastest SDXC card that we\'ve ever tested. Suspecting that the computer might be holding up the card performance, we moved the SDXC to a Ziyuetek USB-C reader. Under those conditions, the SDXC could go slightly faster: H2testw write was at 80.1MB/s, read at 84.4MB/s, with peak reads, according to Windows 10 Task Manager at about 87MB/s. So, in summary, this SDXC card is probably faster than the equipment we are using to test it! We\'ll update this, once we get faster equipment to check it with. Meanwhile, this SDXC is the record holder since 2010, when we first got a fast card to turn an underwater camera into a video camera.Some other stats, for your planning purposes:Capacity on Windows 10 is stated to be 1,023,737,331,712 bytes, or 953 GB.Tested capacity is filled with 953 files, consuming 1,023,733,137,408 bytes.Took 3:22 hours to write the SDXC full and about 3:10 to read it. Test started at 18:33 & finished about 01:00. Was read successfully at least 4 times, by 12:00.In conclusion, this SDXC is at least as fast as tested. We suspect we need faster equipment to allow the SDXC to reach its full performance.Our SDXC appeared to Windows as if formatted exFAT. The format apparently was defective. Worked like a champ with a quick format to exFAT. The other formatting available in Windows 10 is NTSC, which would be more appropriately used for and internal drive.

  • I LOVE The idea that my phone has more storage space than the new HP Laptop has a 512 gb ssd ! Maybe I can put another 512 gb ssd drive in my HP Laptop to boost speed and storage as well or better yet not open it and add a SanDisk to get it for back up !
