• I bought eight, and gave my mom four. I have one on my keys, badge for work, and glasses case. I put my mom\'s four away until I went to visit for the holidays, and put my fourth tile mate in the package with hers, after pairing it with my phone, and setting its tune to Jingle Bells. A perfect way to remember where you\'ve hidden the presents, I actually needed to use it when the time came to go visit. (I didn\'t want to pair one of hers with my phone and find the package that way, because as I recall, once it\'s paired, it\'s yours.)I\'d say I find my stuff at least three or four times a week using these little beauties, and they help me find my phone, too! Wonderful!I didn\'t bother buying the little stickers sold by the makers, because velcro is a lot cheaper and enables me to stick a tile to the outside of my curved glasses case. It doesn\'t really work inside the case, as the sound is too muffled.If I could have one improvement, it would be to make them louder. It\'s fine when they\'re not in a bag or under something. But, you know, older people have more difficulty hearing.
• I just unboxed a box of 8 pieces of tile mate. I will actually give it as a gift to my parents on their birthday and started to apply tile skinit on these...only for me to discover that one of the tiles is not playing a tune. I tried to troubleshoot it based on info provided by the tile website but no success. I have already emailed technical support..I hope they are able to get back to me soon as my parents\' birthdays are coming up very soon. I will update this review once this issue gets resolved.- as of march 6,2017, i finally got replacement tile for the defective one i initially received. Kudos to the customer service team of tile. They were very helpful and responsive. I would give 5 stars for that. The replacement tile was working well...however, my only concern about tiles are they are not loud enough...so it is hard for people like me who have a hard time hearing these things. So hopefully in the future...it could be louder
• I have not used it yet. My only reason for giving it four stars is the packaging. I ordered the 8-pk and thought I would get 8 packages (eight little booklets with one tile in each). No. You get ONE booklet, one set of instructions, and 8 tiles in it. I am giving this as gifts at Christmas. Now, I have to figure out a way to package one Tile by itself so that it looks nice! I also have to photocopy the instructions, warranty, etc. It\'s all kind of hassle. The only thing that is making it do-able is that I am giving them to family that will contact me if they have problems. The \"presentation\" is going to be absent of the WOW factor for sure!
• Received one of these tiles as a gift and found it to be quite useful! Decided to buy a pack of them and attach them to all of our keys as we seem to misplace them from time to time! and being able to ring the phone from the tile is handy also when you don\'t remember where you sat the phone down at. It sucks to get old!I had one out of 8 tiles arrived DOA! Just my luck but I contacted customer support through the chat window and they very kindly offered to issue a partial refund to cover the cost of the one defective unit. Amazon has always given me great customer support!
• I love this product. A few of my friends have Tiles on their car keys and it works out great. I thought to myself this would work for my Mother who has early onset Dementia and is always misplacing/losing items in her home. I placed one on her iphone, ipad, keys, wallet and purse. We use the search feature a couple of times a week and it has been a lifesaver. I purchased an 8 pack because it was the best value. I was hesitant at first because of the price but I tell you it is honestly worth it. I plan on buying more in the future. Also, I do recommend the Tile Mate adhesive 3 pack. The adhesive has been holding up well on the iphone and ipad.
• I had bought these before for my husband to attach to her various items but it didn\'t really work for him. Car keys aren\'t on traditional key chains, his wallet is a rubber band and he couldn\'t hear it. Fast forward, my daughter is going abroad to study and many of her friends had issues with their luggage abroad so we gave this a shot again. We put one on her 2 suitcases and carryon. I can see from CA on my iphone that her bags are in Austria. Soooooo cool!!! Does someone know if they can be on inside of purse/luggage? Wasn\'t sure but so far VERY happy with the purchase. Sticking one in my purse and going to work on hubby\'s things he is always misplacing again plus he got hearing aids so he\'ll be able to hear it now!!!
• I would like to see some functionality this product does not seem to have yet, but the tiles seem to work. I have not actually had to use them yet so I have not idea how well they work. I would like to have some rules based alarms to let me use them for informing me when I may be leaving equipment on a job site. This would require a notification that I was more than X distance from my tile when connected to my truck bluetooth. Possible but I have not seen it yet.
• I had doubts. really. I broke down and ordered after I lost my keys for eight hours in the house. I ordered the box of 8 and put them all over. I put one on Mom\'s keys even though she insisted she didn\'t lose them. She has used it 3 times this week. My neighbor has dimensia due to a brain injury and paranoia so she likes to hide her purse and then forgets where. Yup she has them all over now. The other half just lost his keys...hooking one up now. Bugs have been fixed since the first version. Now the BT doesn\'t get cut off if u get a call or stream music to a speaker. Would love for themto be smaller but they will get there.
