- Was super easy to install these and live the fact it has 3 charging ports. Have received compliments on them.
- If you do not feel comfortable doing electrical work within your home do not attempt this. You need to make sure that you turn off power from the breakers. And verifiy there\'s no power in the circuit before tempting to install these. For me these installed very easily just like changing out of electrical outlet. My only complaint is that sometimes it\'s hard to plug a regular plug into the outlet.
- Very cheap, looks very good.Connectors are cheap, the face plate is badly made as once you put it on you\'ll likely break it trying to take it off, the face plate doesn\'t really fit on as it\'s slightly too small, need multiple a screw drivers for the different screws.If I could afford it I would just buy leviton. These see suitable for now but likely replace them in the future.
- Easy if you know what your doing. I was spoiled at my other place that had them. I recently moved and there wasn\'t any. Remember that all these new receptacles & occupancy sensors take up more room the box. Be careful when installing them. Probably going to have to push the wires back further in the box first. Hope this helps.
- Most important step is to shut off power at the circuit breaker. If you\'re not sure what breaker it\'s on, plug in a light or radio you can see or hear from the panel box. When it goes out, you\'re safe to proceed.There\'s nothing unusual about installing this outlet except that it\'s a little wider than most. Make sure you have room within your recessed outlet box. Mine just fit but it was smaller than average. In most standard wiring situations it\'ll work fine. Both USB & 110 outlets work great. Now my wife & I don\'t have to compete for the same outlets for charging our phones.
- Either you need to charge a phone or you need to plug something else in. Not both. No rapid charging. USB will not charge a laptop. Looks good. Works as advertised. Great for some applications. Not great for high use areas.
- Bought these because most phones use c port charger and was hoping it would be a fast charge as they claim but the c port wouldn\'t even power up my phone after it died also so i tried my wife\'s iphone and it only it gave it 10 percent after 30 mins and yes I swapped cable and one is android and iPhone
