  • I have owned a my speaker for almost 4 years now. I bought it as a cheaper way of listening to music from my phone on the road than buying a new stereo system specific to my old car. Now it gets daily use at home and work, and it’s still going strong. The good bass and volume mean I can hear my stories from another room. The waterproofing was put to the test when I accidentally left it outside overnight in a rain storm. We got over an inch of rain and one end had water puddled on the exterior, but it turned on and worked like nothing happened. It’s been through the dirt of two house remodels and dropped many times, but still continues to perform with amazing sound quality. The battery still lasts without charging for my whole 10 hour work day. That’s what I’m looking for in a speaker.
  • I was given one of these as a gift many years ago. It just finally stopped working. I did lots of research to decide which JBL would be the best replacement.I was very happy to see this model offered again.It\'s excellent quality, reliable and holds its charge for a long time.It really is water & dust proof. I used my older one while doing all sorts of projects indoors and out where moisture and dust were everywhere....it continued to work very well.
  • JBL Charge 3 adds new dimension to old favorites. Awesome sound and power in our convertible and our boat, utilizing Sirius XM app from my I phone. When we are home, it is connected to Alexa, as the sound in our Echo 8 is greatly improved. Great value and eliminated the need to update our older audio systems. Extended battery life allows for playing all weekend between recharges. I would definitely buy another one.
  • I like the JBL Charge3 \"waterproof\" version very much. My original JBL Charge3 gave out after 4 years. I very much needed another one with the auxiliary jack input because I use it for recording my own guitar tracks. None of the newer JBL models have the auxiliary input. The waterproof version sounds exactly the same. Outside of using it to record via \"Audio Interface\"; I use it while taking a shower; so it being \"waterproof\" is an added bonus considering steam in my bathroom. I highly recommend this item as it can be used in every environment. Thank you for offering it.
  • There may be better/stronger speakers out there, but doubt any will compare for the money. Incredibly strong sound, fantastic, one shot connection every time, and simple, pleasing design.
  • This is my second Charge 3. I loved my first one. After major abuse on my part for a couple years it was finally time to replace it. I went with the Charge 4 thinking I would like it even more because well it was a newer version. I was very wrong. The 3 is simply better sounding in my option. For one it is simply louder with much more bass. They are both water proof and very durable. The Charge 4 is a more balanced sound with a bigger battery, but i definitely prefer the smooth bass that comes out of the Charge 3. I ended up losing my Charge 4 so i was pleasantly surprised to find the Charge 3 still available and at a much reduced price from the first time i purchased. For the price I don\'t know of anything better.
