The lights will turn green on the multi-charger showing that the walkies are fully charged, but then I noticed the battery life is still really short. So I first put them on the multi-charger and then after put them for longer on an individual charger and the light is red when on the individual charger. I saw another reviewer had this same problem so idk if it is just some of them are faulty or if it is a defect with all of these multi-unit chargers.
We have 6 walkie talkies, this charges 6 walkie talkies. Enough said. Ok I\'ll add some more. It is able to be hung up on the wall. Each slot for charging also has a pocket so that you can wind up the ear piece and cord and tuck away nicely.
We have four of these chargers with 24 total CLP1040 radios in them. These chargers work effectively.Sometimes the indicator lights on them show that units are not fully charged (when they are) and sometimes they blink in an odd fashion (not shown in manual).
It was as advertised and arrived on time.
