- The sound quality is just something else, much better than XM3.ANC is OK, but comparing them to Bose Quite Comfort 45 - Bose is much better (yes, I know, 45s are closed ones, but still...)But the call quality is just terrible... Even Mi Earphones 2 Pro\'s mics are waaaaaaaay better... I don\'t know how people in the reviews praise the call quality and mics, on some test they even sound not that bad, but with my units (I\'m not sure that I have the defective ones, sooo many people are having the same issue on Reddit) nobody on the other side can understand me clearly, even in the quiet room. I\'m not even talking about outside noises :)So, if you want the perfect sound - buy them.If you will make many calls - look for something else...UPD:Just received the update 2.0.0, and FINALLY, people can understand what I am saying :)It is still not perfect; you will sound like you are underwater, with a big can on top of your head - but at least the other person can understand the words you are saying) So big thanks to Sony for this update!

- I really like these ear buds. The noise canceling feature is pretty awesome. I ride trains into work and almost hear none of the ambient noise the train makes. Far far less than no ear buds or non noise canceling ones. The sound quality is also awesome I love listening to my music on these.My main complaint and why 1 star is missing is that it is 2022. Devices should have smart charging where when the battery is full it stops charging. BUT if you charge these wirelessly you can not leave them on the charger. If you do it just keeps charging and charging until they overheat themselves and then they stop charging. After looking in the manual it states the same. You must keep and eye on them so when they finish charging you take them off the wireless charger. Kind of a joke at this price point. Not very convenient since you can\'t just put them on the wireless pad when you go to bed. You have to do it when you can monitor when they are done charging. Can\'t believe they would do this.

- I have never had wireless earbuds before but I must say these are phenomenal the sound quality is fantastic the noise cancellation is freakish and the battery life is better than expected.I had one glitch this past weekend where sound was only coming out of one bud but I reset them and haven\'t had a problem since I have an older galaxy note 8 so my Bluetooth may be wonky idk for sure.The only other slight negative is the voice chat feature which will shut off your music so you can talk freely to someone but it picks up everything! even a loud cough shuts them off annoying feature to me just my opinion it does not take away from the quality and performance of these buds.If you have the money I would buy these compared to some others I have read about these did not disappoint not perfect but pretty dang close.
- I would give a 5 star, but that is only because the rubber cups I need are in between the sizes provided. The sound quality is very good, you will notice the difference in the sound quantity of the recording, especially with noise cancelling on. Calls are very good and it is bizarre how clear they are when ambient sound is on also. They take a little time to get used to, but I am very happy with the quality.
- I bought these because Consumer Reports rated them the highest for wireless earbuds. I was amazingly disappointed in the sound quality based on my high expectations. I tested song after song with these then with my Jabra Elite 75t earbuds that I’ve loved for a long time, and the Jabra absolutely blow these out of the water. The bass and immersive sound of the Jabra are night and day better. I even took time to learn and adjust all the settings on the Sony app (EQ, DSEE, Bluetooth Audio Quaility prioritization). Nothing got these close to the Jabra. Maybe to get the best Sony sound you have to pay the 360 subscription? I didn’t try that.
