- I had previously used the Plantronics Voyager 5200. Loved it, and it worked great. Easy, intuitive, pretty much had the features exactly the way i want a BT headset to work (especially between two devices). I unfortunately lost it. To save money I bought a Voyager Legend. Then work bought me another. With both of the Voyager Legends I find myself frequently frustrated. I have a personal and work phone and need to be connected to both. I frequently, for no apparent reason, will hear \"Phone 1 disconnected.\" Then a few minutes later, \"Phone 1 connected.\" Sometimes it will be phone 2 that disconnects. Phones are sitting right with me and there is no reason to lose connection. Again I have had the issue with two different headsets. This happens frequently, and usually right in the middle of an important phone call. At times if I have to make a professional call I find that i won\'t use the BT headset for fear of dropping a call. NOT GOOD for a business call.I should be able to rely on a BT headset where I live. Know where I live? 2020!!!
