- I have reviewed these before It is the best. PERIOD. I have bought three of these....you know why....they are the best. Try having your phone snap off the cradle while going 80mph across Kansas on your way to Colorado. No thanks. It happened to me. And, that is why I have this one now. Don\'t buy junk. Get the best. It is work the money. My dad rides way more than I can. He is retired. He has told me how much he likes his. On his Ultra Classic he just throws his phone in a pocket. He uses this on his enduro. So, that means he rides off road with it.
- I\'ve got a 2016 HD Ultra Limited and although it said that this would fit, I needed to make a minor modification to it. The bolts that came with it were not long enough to go through the mount, plastic spacer and into the resevoir backing. I could have gotten longer bolts but I ended up shortening the spacer by about 40% to allow the bolt to thread in. Now the mount is installed and working well. The only complaint I have about the RAM Mount system is that it has limited movement due to the design of the ball/socket.
- I use about half of this package with the Buybits 13.3mm-14.7mm fork stem yoke on my 2013 CBR600RR. Cell phone holders on motorcycles are a big deal now days, especially if they have Sat Nav. The Ram X-Grip Cradle is the best, and easiest to install out of the box. The X-Grip Craddle is usually shown holding an iPhone but I use it with my Windows 6\" Nokia Lumia 1520 cell phone. it is a big phone so I had to spread the arms on the X-Grip cradle once to get it hold my big phone, and I only had to do this once. Holds it perfectly every-time for over 3,000 miles already. I highly recommend this product.
- Directions are a bit difficult to follow for me for some reason; other than that the mount is solid and I have had zero problems so far. I like this version better than the fork stem one since this one sits up higher and is easier to see when on the bike.

- It came with enough hardware to mount in different configurations, which is great. did not get five stars because when I mount my phone the phone pivots on the axis. When there is no phone in \"X\" holder, the arms are against the stop screws. When the phone is in the \"X\" holder, the arms are no longer against the stop screws and so the phone will pivot left and right until the arms hit the stop screws again. I still have to ride to see if it will be of major concern.
