Logitech Zone Wired Earbuds
- I purchased these earbuds a few months ago and they have been working great. Unfortunately, the ear gels were devoured by my cat so I contacted Logitech to find out how I could get replacement gels. I was more than willing to pay for the replacements, but I received an email from Logitech advising they do not have spare parts for this product. $140 out the window because at this point, they are useless!
- This is a terrible product. I have no idea how this got through any kind of product testing. The microphone seems to be at the far end of the earbud cord — at least 4 feet away from your face. I could hear fine, but on several calls and Teams meetings, others said I was cutting in and out, and what they could hear had terrible quality. If you look at the design of the product, the mic is in the control box, which is at the far end of the cord. The specs say the mic is in the earbud, but that did not seem to be the case Even plugging in closer to my face did not help, unless I held the box up to my mouth. My office does not allow Bluetooth connections, so I had high hopes for this product. Nope! Returned.
- These function great as a pair of earbuds if you\'re looking for something unobtrusive and easy to use. The earbuds fit like any other and don\'t cause any discomfort. The call handling buttons are very nice and easy to use. Works great with MS Teams...the only drawback was the mic, it\'s pretty terrible and that was the deal breaker for me. Feedback from folks I spoke with on zoom, skype, and teams calls I found that I was coming through choppy and noise cancelling was cutting me off. Also, I noticed that it wasn\'t picking up the fact I was talking unless I was practically shouting. I can\'t recommend.
- Fantastic for using on Team Meetings. The features work well, greta sound quality. Decent background noise dampening for voice calls.
