- I put up a 24x48 metal workshop with no windows and have no signal on my phone. Outside the building, the signal is fair, usually about -110dBm to -104dBm and my phone works ok. (If you don\'t know, Negative dB measurements are such that the larger the number, the weaker the signal). If I step 5 feet into the building, I lose the signal.Got the Verizon band 13 booster with a 4 element yagi antenna (outside) and flat panel antenna (inside). I set it up temporarily just to see if it would work before comitting to a permanent install. Mounted the yagi antenna on the fence post about 5 feet off the ground and guessed which way to aim it based on a map showing the closest cell tower. I hung the flat panel antenna in one corner of the building, crossed my fingers and plugged it in.I was amazed! In the middle of the building, the signal is around -95dBm, many times stronger than it is outside. At the far corner of the building, almost 50 feet from the indoor antenna, the worst reading I could find was -107dBm, about equal to the signal when I\'m outside. I can\'t even guess what the signal will be after I put the outside antenna on the roof and get it aimed a little better. It\'s working fine for me so I\'m not in a hurry to go up on the roof.I do believe that my all-metal building might be to my benefit when it comes to using a booster. One problem with these types of boosters is \"feedback\" from one antenna to the other. Similar to the loud squeeling that you get if have the microphone of a PA system too close to the speaker. The instructions say to have a minimum of 10 meters (over 30 feet) between the two antennas and not have one aimed towards the other to prevent feedback from occurring. In addition to having my antennas about 50 feet apart, the metal shell of the building also provides shielding. The connectors on the amplifier are SMA female. The antennas each have about a 1 foot pigtail with an N female. The cables provided are N male to SMA male. One cable is 50 feet to go from amplifier to outside antenna and the other is 16 feet to go from amplifier to indoor antenna. The amplifier is powered by a 12V 2A power supply that plugs into a normal wall socket. Everything you need is included except a mast or pole to mount the outside antenna to.
- I was sceptical about this thing by it actually works very good. We RV a lot where the signal weak.
- Very nice. These are lightweight and flexible. I like the variety of colors. I used a permanent marker to identify the contents of each container however, if your memory is better than mine the color may identify the contents for you. I wrote on the top and the bottom so that whether it’s in my toiletry kit or on the counter, I know what product is inside. I like this product and recommend it as a good purchase.
- Easy to fill and seal extremely well! I was able to use them with shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hair product with no problems - plus they look nice!
- Doesn’t leak, easy to open, stands up on its own for easy refilling
- They don’t leak and it easy to fill and squeeze product out
- This was not easy to install at all. The instructions were clear and easy to read but for me I just couldn\'t figure it out. I highly recommend getting a professional or someone that knows about this stuff to install it. It\'s very sturdy and well made though. The pictures make it look like a flimsy piece of plastic and it\'s not. Once installed I did notice that it boosted my signal so it does work. Overall I\'m very happy with it.
- It does help boost the cellular signal in my area, but not the extent that one would think at this price point. It does however seem to be constructed from quality materials and might work better at your location. Not the easiest install but probably typical for this type of product.
