• I purchased this item in \"Used - Like New\" condition at a good discount with the following details \"Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged.\" The screen arrived in good shape along with the adhesive strips but the tools were missing. Oh well, I also ordered a replacement battery that came with a similar set of tools. After removing the back panel and the old screen, I also had to remove the screws holding the motherboard in place in order to lift the motherboard up to get the connector for the new screen through from the front to the back.An attached image shows the new screen in operation when I tested it before removing the old, cracked screen. It still has the protective plastic over the front in the picture. I don\'t notice any difference between the original display and this replacement.Don\'t forget to save the tiny mesh earpiece insert from your old screen and move it to the new one. I bent mine a bit removing it but was mostly able to press it back into shape while in the new screen.
