- Nice headphones otherwise, but can\'t charge. Got them three days ago. Charger works perfectly well any other devices I have. Think my headphones might just be defective. Trying to see if I can get them replaced. Will update review if issue gets resolved.
- I bought this headset thinking it would be a heaven sent given the price tag, but I was wrong first couple of weeks it worked great but began to inconsistently connect by the end of week 3. I didn\'t even use this every week. The mute function also correlates to its overall malfunctioning. Hopefully yours works better than mine did. For 200 dollars I shouldn\'t have to put up with any problems for months from electronics.
- I ordered this headset specifically for my receptionist to use with a Yealink Model T48U IP phone.Connection via USB is a snap. My Yealink phone had no trouble recognizing the connected headset so we could use it without any complicated adjustment to the settings on the phone.Like most headsets, it takes some getting used to if you are going to wear it for long periods of time. But we found it to be light, comfortable and easy to wear.The only drawback is that the volume output from the earpiece seems to be a little low, making some calls difficult to hear. People on the other end of the call say they can hear us just fine, though.The volume issue doesn\'t make this unit non-usable. But it is frustrating at times.
- I have several Yealink phones in my office. This headset works well with them. It is plug and play so no real setup required, just make sure it is compatible with the model number of your phone. Mainly you need a USB port for audio. The foam earpiece is a little cheap feeling, but is similar to other comparable mono headsets. Overall these will work well with Yealink phones or with a device with a USB port for audio. The audio is clear and the mic gets the job done.
- Lightweight and fairly decent sound quality with ok mic. Not sure of durability but appears well made. Sleek design. Used this for some web meetings and they worked well enough.
- I tested this with a friend using Skype on a MacBook Pro using this headset versus the built-in audio in the hardware. She listened to the headset first, and said that it was good, but not professional quality. (She didn’t know it was mono channel, so this comment wasn’t surprising.) Then she listened to me speaking with the native audio. She was surprised to say that this headset sounded a bit more clear in conversation than the MacBook without any headphones.I’ll definitely give this a try for my daily meetings. It’s not wireless, so it won’t be good for someone who likes to wander around during calls. The cord is fairly long, though.Recommend.
- It seems pretty flimsy but it does its job. Works right away on computer and plugs in via usb. No complaints yet!
- Used this for Teams and Zoom calls and it works as expected.It has volume control buttons on the side as well as call answer and disconnect. All buttons function just like any standard headset. The sound quality is clear and the folks i was speaking to did not have any issues hearing me either. The microphone can be moved up when not in use so it is not a distraction.It is light on the head and not tight but fits well. So you dont have to worry about it falling off but also dont end up with a headache due to tightness.The only thing to note is that while it fits me fine, my husband who has a slightly bigger size head than me, found it fell a bit short for him. It was still not uncomfortable, just that the other end feels raised above the ear.Overall, recommend this product as it works with different platforms without any issues.
