I don\'t know what they keep asking me about a mobile app. I find it kind of sluggish. Battery life exaggerated videos. Comes off easily great view you know with the glass. Too bad they didn\'t make a gold one. They just forgot about us ladies. Always giving us the garbage.
I couldn\'t sync the watch to my phone because this is not a US product. Had to call Samsung and was told it was nit a US product and if something went wrong there was no warranty. Just a lot of money to risk so I am returning.

When I was deciding which smartwatch I would buy, the decisive factor was the outstanding features that it has versus its competition (despite the price), but to my very unpleasant surprise, functions such as the electrocardiogram (ECG) or blood pressure, among others, ARE BLOCKED because they depend on an app that is only available on Samsung phones... TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.I admit it was my mistake not to do enough research with the fine print maybe (although I saw several reviews on youtube and none mentioned that little detail) but I\'ve learned the hard way that those aren\'t entirely honest.How is it possible that you need three different apps for a single watch? It\'s really hard for me to understand if it\'s not because of the desire of a manufacturer to corner you.In short, I FEEL SCAMMED. At this point I want my money back. From now on I will avoid Samsung just like I was doing with Apple, honestly they are the worst.For those who care: I have a Pixel 6.Quick update: I tried to pair the smartwatch with the phone of a friend who has a samsung to test and see how the extra features work but that failed as to connect to a new phone you have to format the watch which means it can only be paired to one phone at once.
Set up-United states, USA, US or America are not even choices for country/region.Blood pressure function- says open app on phone and follow instructions for calibration. I do that and there are no instructions. Is this particular watch not for the US?
Do NOT buy this product if you live in the United States (or most other countries). The software refurbish job is terrible.
Though it states in the description that it is for Latin America, there is no mention of that in the title. Very misleading and a waste of time.
I\'m returning it!Unable to get Samsung pay as well.
