- I can not dowload songs to the MP3 player. Bluetooth is difficult to navigate. No good directions on how to use and NO customer support.Sound is good but device is useless to use swimming without MP3 songs downloaded.Tried multiple times to download and not capable!!!
- Hands down the worst fitting headphones I\'ve ever tried! Very uncomfortable, obviously no attention paid to comfort or fit. Crushes your ears but the battery last forever, so if you want to sacrifice any sense of comfort for battery pick these, otherwise keep looking. Will be replacing with a better fitting headphone ASAP!
