- The good: purchased in very beginning June of 2020. Headset works very well. Would prefer complete over the ear muffs or the option to add them. They do become uncomfortable over time but that may depend on the individual. I just find them too small. I use them a great deal and need to be hands free while talking. I had no trouble connecting to my phone via bluetooth. Pretty simple with a Galaxy note 9. Range from phone to headset, as in how far away you can be, is so so. Around 30 ft.Blue parrot was better but these beat it hands down for call quality, battery life, noisecancellation. Blue parrot is still a good headset in my opinion but these to me are better...except for mechanical longevity. Batteries in the Pluto last a very long time and the extended battery will get you through a day easily if you use it that much. Nice case. Simple use, rechargeable batts and takes not too long for a full charge. The bad: they came apart so currently useless. Within the warranty period so see how this goes. Contacted custome support today through their website and see how they respond or if they do. The main earpiece is held to the headband by a small metal tab and it has worked its way out of the plastic. Now the headset, earpiece and headband does not stay attached together. Pictures added. This is a rather fundamental flaw. If the inside of the earpiece had a backer piece of metal, this would eliminate the problem all together. I will update here to a solid 4, if not 5 stars if and when it gets resolved. Otherwise for the money spent...these are not worth it for 9 months use. I am currently using the old blue parrot as of now. People have complained about the sound quality of it after the switch to my old headset. To be continued...Update Feb 23 2021. Contacted customer support. David responded the same day within a few hours on a weekend. Not sure exactly what the outcome will be but the customer service so far has been stellar. I do not believe they have seen this issue in the past so see where it goes. Miss my headset though. Update....so this has been sometime but customer service would not replace them but stated they would heavily discount a new set. I failed to follow up for some time do to life events but when I reached back out to ask what that meant they never responded back. This is a design flaw through and through. They did not break...they wore out prematurely. That being said my two boys each had gaming headsets from a completely different company and thiers didthe same thing. I am rather handy so I took the headset apart as I am stuck with them at this point. They either garbage or see what I can do. I managed to cut a small piece of metal and glued it in place for a \"wear\" surface and used epoxy to fix the worn out plastic. Headset works now but looking back and this goes with so many companies out there. The products are not designed to last. This headset being no exception and extremely tired of laying income out for inferior products. I have been told the clarity is excellent though even up to this writing and the noise cancellation is outstanding. The boom microphone is finicky though and needs to be just right with placement to work. Hence the noise cancellation. Worth the $$$. No. Not unless you are crafty. These will wear out on you eventually.
- What I like: Great sound quality, good noise cancellation, comfortable, lightweight, and the mic works really well. So well that you need to have it right by your mouth to work well. At first, I did not like that but now I love it because although it needs to be dead-on next to my mouth, whomever I call cannot hear other ambient sounds in the background made by others. So more of a feature than a problem.What I don\'t like, Mute. The manual state a short press to the power button will mute it. Tried several times, longer each time until it is so long it just powers off. I have never gotten mute to work and if using for working from home it is imperative that mute works well and you know when it is muted. My last headset would \"beep\" when I muted and continue to do a light beep every 30 seconds so I knew it was muted, or \"beep\" if I tried talking. So for now to use it I have to manually must it on the conference call software or the computer itself.With the exception of the Mute feature (The only reason I didn\'t give it a five star), I very happy with the headset.
- These are great. I drive OTR and talk to my wife or kids pretty much my entire 14 hours, then I will add my second ear and watch TV for an hour or two, and then recharge every other day. Battery life is awesome. The specs say it has a 30 foot range but my little Samsung galaxy S9 sits in my cup holder while I will walk to the back of my trailer and close my doors, my trailer is 53 ft. dry van, so around 60 feet with no problems. No mute, haven\'t tried it yet...I just slide my mike to the top of my head and they can\'t hear me... no problem there. Noise cancelation, AMAZING. I was talking to my wife, rolled down both windows at 70 mph between to cattle haulers and she only heard me. Comfort is great, you can rotate your earpieces to your most comfortable position....try that with a Blue Parrot or Tiger, nope, not happening. These are definitely not a flimsy headset like most and can withstand a lot of abuse but like anything if you abuse it it will break.Don\'t waste your money on other headsets, make this your last headset.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HEADSET.
- I drive a truck for a living, needless to say a great quality pair of headphones for hands free driving is a must. These headphones are exactly what I was looking for!
- This product is incredible. The ear piece fits completely over the ear just like a gaming headset. The option to use just one ear piece or two is great so you can use it to drive or with a laptop. The headset fits well on your head even when bending over and does slide around. It is a large headset if you\'re used to a small one but I\'d say very worth the bulk and extra money. Customer service is incredible with Steller Electronic, which you don\'t say very often. I contacted them about getting replacement foam pieces for the microphone (which the headset doesn\'t come with) and they got back with me day of and had shipped the next day. I would highly recommend this product and company.
- Sometime it work well...others not so much... People complain they cannot hear me... Also it randomly will unpairs itself... Sometines will pair right back up sometimes takes a few minutes and sometimes it just does nothing... Was not easy to set up pair originally... Took many attempts to get it to pair with my laptop... Paired with my cell easily...
- I feel that it could be better in that the side with the extra ear pad could have a phone cushion on it instead of hard plastic
- Had this headset for a little almost two months. I\'ve been told when the mic is not right at mouth I\'m not being heard.
