• Came in quick and was cleaned up and packed nicely. There were a few small scratches on sides but nothing major. The only major issue is that the battery won’t hold a charge and drains while just sitting on the counter not in use within 10 min. Tried to maximize battery life in different ways but t nothing helped. Have contacted the seller to see if they can resolve this.
• My brother was ill, so I bought a refurbished Apple Watch and gave it to him. After several months, he passed away. I now have the watch but due to Apple documentation requirements, it is nonfunctional, and Apple won\'t unlock it! Apple requires that the \"seller\" unlock the phone, which obviously my brother can\'t, or the sales documentation have the serial number on it, which Amazon\'s paperwork does not! So beware of this potential problem before buying one!
• Watch only has 78% battery life capacity (when theit description promised it would exceed 80% battery capacity). As a result, the watch is dead before my workout or work day is over. It is useless.
• Extremely upset with the quality of this apple watch. The listing says new/other and says there may be a couple of scratches. Fine, I can handle a couple of scratches but a huge nick?! I called and they said that was the listing. No...new does not have a huge nick.
• Screen only held on by ribbons. I turned it on and charged fully. Only Lasted about an hour until dead. Went to Verizon to connect cellular. Not compatible with their network. Pretty painful experience.
• Product was delivered in the condition presented. It was packaged as described and had the attachments described.Correct product, delivered on time, as described.
• The watch is very comfortable and nice to have at work. Love this watch so much
