- It distorts at high volume, it beeps every 30 seconds when the battery is low, even when it\'s charging, and I could be wrong, but when it was out of the box, my phone said it was 80%, and while the advertised battery life of 18 hours is only when it\'s at 30%, I still feel that it shouldn\'t have died so quickly at higher volumes. The 5 hour charging time is also quite long, though you can use it while it charges, so it\'s not that bad. This is just my first impression of it, but so far, I\'m still happy I only paid $34 for this unit.
- I have some dying Bose Sounlinks. We know the sound on those is fantastic, smooth, buttery. Getting that sound from a $25 speaker seems a bit incredulous, but the reviews seemed good. Nope. This is very electronic sounding. Not much better than playing directly from an Echo dot on sound quality, but it can get VERY loud. Also has great connectivity and battery life. Looking for better sound quality though so returning and will try another.
- The sound quality on this little speaker is pretty good. I compared with another more expensive one & decided to stick with this as the sound was actually much better. When they went on sale again I grabbed a second one for pairing. The pairing process is easy and I had no issues with it (just turn off the Bluetooth on your phone if it\'s already paired; after the speakers are paired, you don\'t have to do that again).One trick is to know which speaker is your \"master\" - this is the one that actually connects to your devices (since they\'re identical, I put a sticker on this one for ease of use).For some reason my computer and the speakers won\'t talk via Bluetooth (I think the issue is my laptop), so I just use the provided line out to connect from the headphone jack to the master speaker when I want to use these with my computer.Connects fine with the phone - super easy, no issues. I haven\'t tried with my tablet because it has excellent speakers, so I can\'t speak to that.Battery life seems reasonable, and you can recharge while they\'re playing.I\'m pretty happy with these and purchased two for less than the cost of one JBL a friend bought for his kid Xmas 2019. Works for me!
- Very easy to set up. Works with my wife’s IPod & my Android phone Sound is great. No problems with the speaker.

- Bought two because I thought they would connect to each other and both would play. I can get one speaker to connect via Bluetooth to the other speaker, but after I connect the Ipod, the \"slave\" speaker has no sound.Works great, but would love to be able to have both speakers working....
- The media could not be loaded. This review is for the Vanzon V40 Bluetooth speaker. I included a video that shows the version of Vanzon speaker I\'m reviewing because most of the reviews I am seeing are for a different version that looks rectangular not triangular in shape. Besides being different in shape, this speaker has lights on the 2 ends that cycle through different colors at 2 different speeds or can be turned off if desired. I am unsure why there are 2 different speakers on this review site. I\'m guessing that this triangular V40 is a newer version? I actually also have the rectangular model which I like and still use but I think the triangular V40 has a better and more modern style and also has slightly better sound quality.This speaker has great sound quality for a small speaker. The high tones are clear and the bass was surprisingly good. It connected quickly via Bluetooth to my phone and I can listen to my music and phone calls with the speaker. I really like the waterproof feature because I listen to music in the shower and the speaker is not damaged when it gets wet.The speaker has a long battery life which the manual says is 20 hours. The speaker automatically shuts off after 20 minutes if you are no longer playing music. This is a nice feature because it helps conserve battery life in case you forget to turn it off. The speaker recharges rapidly using a USB-C type cable. One comes with the speaker in case you don\'t have one. A 3.5 mm audio jack cable is also included if you want to connect the speaker with a wired non-Bluetooth device.This is an amazingly good Bluetooth speaker especially at its very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!
