• So easy to install. Only problem is that the controls box that sits below your chin makes a scratchy noise when it moves on your chest. That’s why I gave sound quality a lower number. Other than that the sound quality would be a 5.
• This is truly high tech. Performance and sound are the best ever. Great job
• The setup and use of this unit was easy. However, when the speakers on the TV are on (as when my wife was also watching) there is a slight delay that causes an echo if the earphones aren’t loud enough. I could live with that, but after using it for awhile I experienced discomfort, and eventually, pain in my ears. The weight of the unit was more than I cared for. Your mileage may vary. I decided to return it and get the almost identical Sennheiser Flex unit that uses my earbuds with the receiver being able to be kept in a shirt pocket. I am much happier with the Flex.
• This is my 3rd Sennheiser set of wireless tv headphones and they are the best so far. I transitioned over to digital input capable models from the set 840 analog set I had and the quality has certainly improved along with being more comfortable. I also have the set 860 which are very similar to the rs 5200 but are not as good in my opinion.
• This product has never been available in the US. The company website states is \"coming soon\", for many months now. No updates from the company, poor customer service, never even responded to a request for when it would be available. Very disappointed in Sennheiser.
• These are my second pair in the last 15 years. Truly engineered for the hearing impaired. These are in my opinion the finest earphones in its class. The German engineering is apparent in this product.
