• Price paid here for Amazon Renewed is same price available through TMobile brand new (and they do payments), thus tue 4/5 for Value rating.Loud, great bass, crisp sound, but could ALWAYS be louder (right?).Totally different and new design. Looks great, secure footing/seating despite the pictured appearance. Definitely has some WEIGHT.

• Update!I purchased another Studio 7 speaker and I have the Studio 6 speaker as a reference source. The Studio 7\'s bass is a bit more present across the spectrum. Even though the 7 is stereo, the 6 is a bit more present with the highs. The 7 is more midrange driven and leaves you wanting a bit more treble when compared to the 6. If you have no direct comparison, the 7 leaves you feeling like the highs are smooth and are in the background where the vocal are present in a more forward sounding position; this is not a problem! The 7 is a great sounding speaker with excellent bass (hard to believe that much bass is produced from such a small footprint). No other speaker of equal size competes at all (with bass), not even the JBL Extreme 2 or 3 or any other speaker that has so called \"bass\" . But refurbished, don\'t pay full price!

• This sounds great for it’s size. A lot of bottom missing some highs and mid range. I have gotten a lot of positive reactions to the look and sound
• I\'ve been looking at this speaker for a while, as I\'ve had an Onyx Studio 4 for quite some time, so when I saw the price on this, I bought it immediately. I am glad that I bought it before it ran out of stock, although it is refurbished, I\'d expect as much for the price, as it\'s $480 normally. The battery life and charge time are not great, but it\'s to be expected with this series. I buy them so that I can can plug them in at parties and connect them to each other. If you\'re looking for a rugged portable speaker, this is not it, but it is exactly what I wanted.
• This speaker is everything I\'ve been looking for in a speaker.
• The sound is wonderful but the speaker is poorly designed for frequent traveller like me. Go for the 6.
