Sony MDR-ZX780DC Bluetooth and Noise Canceling Wireless Headphones /Headset With Case - MDRZX780DC (Black)
- I\'ve been eyeing these pair of cans for a while now and I\'m glad I was finally able to get my hands on it.Headphone works great, looks brand new as the seller said. Really worried it could have been broken since delivery guy just threw it over the fence, suprised the hell out of me. One issue though (I damn well knew I should have clarified with the seller in the first place before buying it) is that I expected the 1.5mm 5ft stereo audio jack to be included as well (since it was advertised to come \"complete with case and cords\"). This is simply for those \"plug and play\" situations when either the battery is low, or if I need to use it on other devices such as a laptop, or a desktop computer.Either way the headphone itself sounds phenomenal for the price. Great for casual music lovers on a budget, who don\'t really need to spend more to get a decent music experience. Couldn\'t care less for noise cancelling but seems it does the job well enough cancelling out simple noise distractions. Then again I\'ve yet to fully test this to say for sure. Great for commuters on the bus or train, who constantly works a daily grind and wants a cordless solution to escape with music.Really wished Sony had advertised the hell outta this model more, targeted for people who are on a budget and are in need for a good pair of cheap wireless headphones. Definitely would buy again or maybe gift it to a friend.
- The range is poor compared to RF headphones, the battery life is poor compared to RF headphones, but the noise level is very low and they don\'t cut out at low volume, which is what I bought them for.I wouldn\'t try to wear them while moving around much but for just sitting they\'re comfortable for long session usage. They are light for the size. The sound quality is good. The USB cable that shipped with it didn\'t work to charge them, just used another micro usb cable worked fine.
- Bought this refurbished headphone from Ocean Reef Electronics. Headphone functions well and the build is in good condition. No problems occurred after months of purchase and delivery. Fits all the criteria: a set budget, good conditions, good sound quality, comfortable over-ear, reliable battery life, rechargeable batteries, Bluetooth, option for a detachable headphone jack. Headset case was an extra bonus to the headphone set as a means to properly transport the headphone. Just as what the description said to be expected. FYI, this headphone has decent outside noise buffering; not noise canceling.
- Exactly what I was expecting after reading a bunch of reviews. If you\'re buying it under $70, it\'s superb: over-ear design, good 40mm drivers, comes with both hard and soft case, analog jack-jack cable, and of course charger. There are drawbacks on the absolute scale though:-noise cancelling is far less effective than on Sony MDR-X1000 or Bose QuietComfort 35-cups could use some more ventilation-not really compact when folded because cups only turn in one direction (compare to Bose QC35)-average battery life (still around 8-10 hrs, so it\'s ok)And the last one - as with almost all cheaper headphones now there\'s just too much bass, and in particular it\'s \"cardboardy\". I had to decrease the bass in my equalizer around -9db (it\'s like 2.5 times!!!). But again, i see it everywhere except rare models like Sennheiser HD650
- The noise cancellation is mediocre at best. I\'ve tried all of the hints online about this headset and really cannot get good results. The sound on these are AWESOME though. The battery charge also seems to last a VERY long time. How good these sound make up for what it lacks on the nose cancellation side. Maybe I\'ll have better luck getting better Noise cancellation on my next flight.
- These headphones are great for the price noise cancling isnt 100% but they get the job done. The only complaint I found is they arnt very loud. They do get the job done.
- Works very well. The ear phones are big though covering the whole outside of the ear. Wearing glasses with them makes a leaves a gap and reduces the noise canceling abilities.
- Hard to tell the difference between the noise cancelling mode and non-cancelling mode. Also, they sounded good the first time I used them, but on the second use the headphone jack was not working properly and the music sounded far away and tinny, or would lose its connection. Very disappointing. Was useless on my vacation. Now have to deal with hassle of trying to get replacement cord.
