- Used this to mount a radio antenna to the eave on my house. Installed quickly and easily. It is very light duty construction, and whereas it mounts my antenna very well, it would probably buckle under anything on the heavier side. But I like it and may buy one again if I need a similar installation.
- First, let me say that I am not a tech person. I just want to plug it in and have a product work. I don’t need to know how lol. In our new house we were getting only one to two bars depending on what side of the house we were on. I purchased this product based on all the solid reviews. Hubby had it up in about 15 mins. I have noticed only a slight improvement in our signal strength. Right now I’m sitting at 2 bars. I guess that’s better than nothing. So the product does work-it’s just not impressively well. Now I will say-hubby is going to try re-positioning etc so I will update if there is an improvement.
- I don’t usually review items. But I had to review this cell signal booster. We are staying in our camper for 3 months in a small town in the Florida panhandle. We have AT&T cell service. We get 1 bar of service if we are lucky at the campground. Also Wi-Fi is terrible at the campground. So we decided to give the booster a shot. As soon as we plugged it in after doing all the outside prep. We went from 1 bar to 5 with 5G. I totally amazed. It is totally worth every penny. I did give 1 star for tech support because there is y really any. But we didn’t really need it.
- This device did give me extra bars as promised, but it didn’t work with my Netgear Wireless router from ATT. They were competing for signal, so it made neither one of them work. Very frustrating because I need a better cell signal in my home since we have a metal roof. I wish ATT provided better customer service as well. I’ve been very disappointed in their service. So I’m right back to square one about how to get a better cell signal.
- We live in a very rural area and have tin on roof and sides of our house. We were not able to use our phones before getting this. Now we have a signal everywhere in the house!
- Installed the outdoor antenna on the pole of my current WiFi service provider as high as I could reach without killing myself by using a ladder on top of the roof. THAT was scary, but the coax cable reached to the inside through a window, the booster powered up and gave a green \"run\" light. Service with AT&T shows 4-5 bars with 4G only. Not 5G. That\'s ok. No buffering issues or slow service anymore. I have unlimited data on my cell plan but the WiFi provider had a 60GB limit per month for almost $200. I was able to cancel that. We\'re all looking to cut corners and save money, and this was one of them. Very happy with this unit. All guests over at Thanksgiving had full signal on their phones and it became a discussion because since we live in a rural area, service is limited.
- I needed it to boost my signal strength. Very disappointed, it has only improved my signal strength very little.
