- When i Open the box it came in the product box was already open (tape broken) and the 1 year free subscription to the camera app card it came with was scratched off like someone used it already;(Other than that I think everything is in order now I need to test it out to see if it works.
- After trying a number of other phone gimbals I eventually found the Zhiyun 5s and I was blown away. First off this thing feels premium and sturdy and it has an incredible range of movement that trumps its competitors.The controls are intuitive and pretty simple to use. It also comes with a built in fill light for lowlight situations with the option to attach additional magnetic lights which can be quite helpful in certain settings.I’d definitely recommend checking out some YouTube videos to understand the balancing, there is a bit of a learning curve with this gimbal but it’s totally worth it and pretty simple once you do it 2-3 times.
- Good construction . Easy operations . Live the zoom focus button the trigger and all the buttons at the right places . L9ve the use of magnetic lights and the lumins . Do t need any old fashioned umbrella for lights . Adjustable brightnessLove the different modes and hocked it on a 6 foot poll and even thought I did not touch it my shots with stability still worked like a charm.Customer service. Is awesomeness . They had the 3 lights listed asked them about it they send o e more for free to use . No complains .. just a future the weight could be a little less would be sill more awesome . The battery weighs a lit but then I can power my s22 with a l bent short cable .One drawback and it\'s with most gambles is when it is touched or moved to fast it disbalances and goes crazy and it\'s hard to get it back together to work . Have to power it down and resync with my phone .
- What I liked is exactly what the description said it would do... Give you some really cool video shots. Believe me I needed this! However the issue was the Bluetooth connection between the Gimbel and the phone, the interface to the gimbal just would not refind the previously connected Bluetooth device, so every time you would have to pair the device over and over again. This becomes very cumbersome when you just want to take out your gimbal and start shooting. Perhaps this can get resolved... Like I said, I really wanted this!!

- Despite the description saying that it is, the 5S is not compatible with the iPhone 13 pro max size wise. In landscape there doesn’t seem to be a problem however, when you try to balance the phone in portrait mode it is very evident. The phone is unable to balance and rotate completely in portrait mode either the top or the bottom of the phone keeps hitting on the gimbal axis as there is not enough space. Very disappointed spending $219 for the combo. Bought it for a trip and didn’t have time to balance it until I got the the next country now I’m on vacation with a useless paper weight. There no clear balancing instructions provided or video. Definitely returning!
- The owners manual is so full of other languages besides English it doesn’t show how to use it. The manual and when it was sold should have said what phones aren’t compatible my iPhone 11 with a case fell out
