- Everything is good
- It\'s very convenient when it works. I could really hear people on the phone and videos I played on my phone well but the microphone was kind of weak for phone calls and I usually had to hold it up to my mouth for the caller to hear. After 2 1/2 years the microphone got so bad I quit using the clip. It costs a fortune to fix so I bought a new one. I can\'t hear well enough to use my speaker phone and understand so I hope the new one works better. The one I have now is my 2nd one. The first one worked great for 5 years but the cord popped open and I lost the clip while hunting.
- Product is great except for the clip which doesn\'t hold well and then breaks easily and is not replaceable. This order was to replace one that I\'d McGyvered with a safety pin. As to ordering this way, next time I will go to hearing aid booth in Costco. This product ships from Canada by post and it was a week later than the original estimate which was kind of long to start with.
- Does not always connect well we ith Samsung NOTE 30 Android phone. Interferes with other Bluetooth devices.
- This is my second one, problem is in weak reception areas I will lose calls.
- Takes some getting use to
- Worked two weeks and died. In the process of requesting a refund or replacement from Amazon.
