  • The headset I received came with BT700 instead of BT600. I can\'t comment on the difference as I never had the BT600 but it should improve the range a bit and it also much smaller. This is an older model but I prefer this over the newer one as the new one looks a bit tacky to my taste. I was concerned with the red accents at first but it looks great in person and you will really only see them when you look closely. This version looks more professional to me, including the logo.Sound-wise, this is not a hi-fi nor a pro-level headset but it sounds great for everyday online meetings. It\'s really comfortable too so it\'s great for those who spend a good chunk of their day in meetings. Call quality is decent and sounds clear both ways. We use Teams at work so it compresses the sound anyway. What\'s important to me is calls sound clear for both me and to those on the other line.I use a different headset for music to I am not expecting much for music quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of music playback. Just note that you need to enable ANC for it to sound it\'s best as turning it off makes it sound really thin. One thing of note is that this headset already has great noise cancelling capabilities so I turned-off the mic noise cancelling in Teams as it\'s too much of a good thing and makes mic sound too soft at times.
  • I’ve used Sennheiser, Bose and Plantronics (now Poly) headsets in the past. I am not what I’d consider an audiophile, but I can definitely tell you there is a difference in sound quality between all three.Plantronics (Poly) headsets though, would have to take the cake when it comes to compatibility across multiple systems for simple voice communications. This headset in particular is one that I bought during the COVID lockdown for my remote work in IT. At previous employers, I had similar headset and found them to be comfortable and reliable enough. Not to mention, a full charge definitely lasts for my entire 8hr shifts and even the slightly longer 10hr shifts.I’m still using the same headset I bought 2-3yrs ago and have found that they work well on my cellphone, Discord on either mobile or PC, not to mention that they can also work on my PS5 (yes, I’ve done this because I got sick of the gaming headset dying after a few hours, where this headset’s charge last a lot longer). Now for the detractors. These are no Bose QC or Sennheiser, so I wouldn’t recommend them for those who just want to listen to music. Nor would I recommend them for competitive gaming as they are not so noise canceling that they would leave you completely immersed in the game environment enough to pickup sounds that would help keep you from being ambushed in game. The noise cancellation it does have, is strong enough for you to not realize your co-worker 8ft away is asking you a question, right until they’ve raised their voice enough that everyone within 25ft can hear them.
  • This is great I appreciate how well it picks up my voice and not the conversations around me and how easy it is to hear the person I\'m talking with in a loud busy environment.
  • The Dongle doesn\'t light up and it\'s not detected anymore by any of the laptops that I\'ve tried. Died after 1 year, 3 months. Tried to get help from Plantronics (poly) support site and that site is very difficult to navigate and completely useless. Seems they don\'t want anyone contacting them through the support website asking for product support/warranty/replacements.To be honest I\'ve had some off brand Bluetooth headsets that lasted longer than this.Update: I managed to contact the customer support through the correct web portal. (It seems the link they gave in the email when I registered is not correct) and I was provided a return label.I\'m getting a replacement becuase I\'m still within the 2 year warranty period.Hopefully this time it will continue to work longer.Updated the rating to 5 stars.
  • Pros:-Incredibly comfortable. Not too tight, and the cushion on the ear don\'t cause any area too have too much pressure-Sound quality is impressive. Not like a Bose headset or something that blows you away, but is very easy to communicate-Ease: Plugged it in and set up in 5 minutes or less and was ready to roll-Noise cancelling. I don\'t use this feature because it almost freaks me out how quiet everything gets with it on, but it\'s incredibly effective if you did need to block out ambient noise- battery life is really strong. I\'m usually dialing for 2 hours periods at a time of heavy talk time with only a 15 minute break or so in between, and it doesn\'t seem to go below 75%-Build of the headset and base seem strong and very easy to dock for charging-Looks sleek and not really bulks like a helicopter pilot like others I\'ve had-physical mute button. HUGE for me as I don\'t like messing with a sensor all day when I have to muteCons:-Range isn\'t great. It starts to cut out on my when I go just 2 rooms over in my house. We have a lot of baby monitors and sound machines and all, so maybe that\'s disrupting it, but I wish I could pace a bit further.
  • Good for a started headset.
  • It wasn’t lunch time before I had to recharge but other then that I love them . Comfortable, I can hear so much better and the price wasn’t bad
